Get ready for a Halloween evening filled with mystery, imagination, and a little bit of fright!

Under the Bed + Dracula brings two captivating dance performances together for a memorable night on stage. Under the Bed, presented by Valley Dance Ensemble and featuring dancers from the Apprentice Company, follows a child who is nervous about falling asleep because of the mysterious creatures believed to be hiding beneath the bed. Rather than letting fear take over, the child faces those worries and discovers that the creatures of the Halloween world may not be so frightening after all.

The evening continues with Dracula, a gothic ballet inspired by Bram Stoker’s famous 1897 novel. The story follows Count Dracula as he draws Jonathan Harker into his mysterious world, becomes captivated by Jonathan’s fiancée Mina, and sets his sights on her and her friend Lucy.

With one performance exploring childhood fears and imagination and the other bringing a legendary figure of gothic literature to life, Under the Bed + Dracula offers an exciting and atmospheric way to celebrate Halloween through dance.
