Foundation (Bread Demo): Watch and learn as we demonstrate the secrets to three iconic loaves: pillowy Japanese Shokupan, a tangy Artisan Sourdough, and a rich Braided Challah.
Savory Lab: After a demonstration of some fine dining classic examples, the kitchen is yours. Construct your own signature grilled cheese using a curated melt bar of premium cheeses and gourmet fillings.
The Perfect Pair: Enjoy your creations alongside a bowl of our signature House-made Tomato Bisque.
The Sweet Finish: We will demonstrate high-end Dessert Grilled Cheeses before letting you experiment with your own sweet dessert melts.
