4th Annual iHelp Foundation 1 Mile, 5K, and 10K Run

This year's iHelp Foundation run is part of River Heights City Apple Days and features a 1-Mile Family Challenge, 5K, and 10K. All proceeds will benefit Cache Valley Children’s Museum and Quinley’s Garden—two nonprofits making a difference in the lives of children and families right here in our community.

Event Details

1-Mile Family Challenge

This 1-mile challenge takes you through the heart of River Heights, with activity checkpoints that must be completed before moving on. Whether you're going solo or teaming up with family and friends, this timed event brings energy, laughs, and some friendly competition to every step.

5K and 10K 

The 5K and 10K courses wind through River Heights, starting and finishing near Ryan’s Place at Heber Olson Park. The fully paved loop includes a mix of flat stretches and gentle hills, with a visit through Quinley's Garden. This family-friendly route is great for experienced runners, walkers, and strollers alike.

Registration

Registration includes a t-shirt (guaranteed if registered by August 1st), race timing by Brooksee, post-race snacks, and a raffle entry. 

Event Costs:  COMPLETELY FREE - That's right, no charge, please consider donating to help our two great partners!

If you consider donating, below are the costs from our last year's event for the 1 mile, 5K, and 10K for reference.

Individual

  • 5K - $25

  • 5K (student) - $20

  • 10K - $35

  • 10K (student) - $30

Group (1-Mile Family Challenge)

  • Group of 4 - $40, Group of 5 - $50, Group of 6 - $60
